Return Policy

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from McGuire Denim are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of receipt of the product. You will have up to 30 days after the receipt of the product to exchange for anything else on the website. We will only accept returns that were purchased from the McGuire Denim website. We will not accept returns that were purchased from other retailers.

If an item is marked FINAL SALE, they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned and unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, etc. rubbing off on the garment, as damaged items are not eligible for return.

TO SEND IN MY RETURN

To ship an item back to McGuire please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired size.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the same box it was shipped in and place the included return label on the box, over the old shipping label
  4. Bring your box to a FedEx authorized shipping center. All returns must be sent to

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

McGuire does not cover the cost of international shipping or returns and exchanges.

 For international returns, we recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you (includes the ability to trace the package).

 To ship an item back to McGuire please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired size.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.
  4. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to US". Mail your return or exchange using your carrier of choice to:

We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain record of your shipping number so that you are able to monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.

REFUNDS

Returns normally take 5-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days after processing to reflect on your account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

MODIFIED POLICY

If you return more than $5,000 in 12-month period, you may be subject to a modified return policy. In addition, McGuire reserves the right to alter our general policy, or the policy for a specific entity or individual at our discretion. Any such changes to an individual entity will be noted in an emailed correspondence to the corresponding individual or entity. Any general policy changes will be posted to our website at McGuire’s discretion.

 

HOLIDAY RETURNS

During the Holiday season (if your order is received between Nov. 15 and Dec. 25th), we will accept your return after 30 days so long as it is received by January 15th.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
